This website is provided for information about Meridian Labs and its services. You're welcome to browse and use it freely, provided you don't attempt to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the site or extract content for unauthorised use.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Meridian Labs unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Once a client project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered work transfers as agreed in the individual project proposal.
Quotes
Any figures discussed before a formal proposal — including those on our Pricing page — are indicative only. A quote becomes a firm commitment once it's confirmed in writing for a specific, defined scope of work.
Projects
Project scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed individually with each client before work begins. Changes to scope during a project may affect timeline and cost, and will always be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in each project's proposal, typically structured around project milestones. Late payment may pause project work until resolved.
Liability
We take care to deliver reliable, well-built work, but we can't guarantee this website or any delivered project will be entirely free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Meridian Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or delivered work.
Availability
We aim to keep this website available and functioning correctly, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — for example, during maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect how the business operates. The current version, with its last-updated date, always applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
